JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, creative YouTube Editor / Producer to join our team long-term.

This role is not for beginners and not for editors who need constant micromanagement.

You must understand YouTube pacing, storytelling, sound effects and audience retention, not just how to cut clips.

Travel & lifestyle Hip Hop Culture

Current events & commentary

International culture

Weekly live streams

You must watch the channel before applying and understand the style, tone, and pacing.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit long-form YouTube videos

Create high-retention YouTube Shorts (15–30 seconds)

Apply strong pacing, sound effects, music hits, and visual emphasis

Help shape the final flow of episodes

Organize project files and maintain clean folder systems

Communicate clearly and meet weekly deadlines

Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro

Strong YouTube editing instincts (MrBeast-style pacing when needed)

Experience with clickable thumbnails (Photoshop, Canva or equivalent)

Good English comprehension

Organized, detail-oriented, reliable

Able to work independently without micromanagement

Positive attitude and easy to work with
(Personality and reliability matter more than raw talent)

Drone, Iphone and or DJI Osmo pocket gear a PLUS

Must have a valid passport

Must be willing to travel in December for Zoom Fest content production:

Vietnam

Thailand

Travel will be paid (Zoom Fest project)

Trial Task:
