## Our Editing Style

We want videos that feel:

* Fast without feeling rushed.
* Educational without being boring.
* Clean and professional.
* High retention from start to finish.

Think:

* Strong storytelling
* Pattern interrupts
* B-roll that supports the message
* Graphics that simplify ideas
* Music that builds emotion without becoming distracting

## To Apply

Please send:

1. Your portfolio.
2. Your three best long-form YouTube edits.
3. Channels you've edited for.
4. The software you use.
5. Your turnaround time for a 15 to 20 minute video.
6. Your rate per video or monthly retainer.
7. Your favorite YouTube creator and why you think their editing works.

If you're someone who studies YouTube, pays attention to retention, and is always trying to make the next edit better than the last, we'd like to work with you.
