JOB OVERVIEW

I NEED 1 CONTENT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT — HIGH CHANCE OF LONG TERM WORK IF YOU CAN DO THE JOB

We are building multiple YouTube channels and are looking for someone who can help manage operations, research content ideas, and keep the team running smoothly.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

This role is for someone who can:
think independently
stay organized
manage people and tasks
help find viral content ideas

If you can follow instructions, communicate well, and take initiative, there is a strong chance you will be hired long term.

Work Responsibilities:
Check in with editors and designers to ensure deadlines are met
Help manage daily content production
Research viral video ideas/outliers/channels
Analyze competitor channels
Create organized idea documents
Help assign and track tasks
Maintain fast response time
Keep workflows organized


Required Skills:
Strong English communication
Highly organized
Fast response time
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to think independently

Helpful (not required):
Understanding of YouTube
Experience with research or content
Familiarity with Google Docs / Sheets
ChatGPT usage

*CHANNEL MUST BE A YEAR OLD OR LESS AND LESS THAN 100K SUBSCRIBERS*
(all 3 video ideas must come from 3 different channels)

For each idea include:

Why it performed well

and lastly
