YouTube Channel Assistant for Blooper Compilation Channel

About the channel
BloopUniverse is a faceless YouTube channel publishing Hollywood and Marvel blooper compilations for an audience of mostly older American men. We have an established production team (scriptwriters, editors, thumbnail designer) and clear SOPs for every step. I'm looking for a reliable assistant to take over day-to-day operations of this one channel.

How the role grows
You start with uploading and publishing. Over the following weeks, with a step-by-step onboarding plan, you take on more of the production process until you run it end to end. I stay responsible for strategy, creative direction and final approval. Once you've mastered everything, we can look at expanding to more channels, with higher earnings to match. On top of that, the better the channel performs, the more you can earn.

Your tasks

Upload and schedule videos with titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails
Write and publish community posts
Keep the production board up to date and track deadlines
Follow up with scriptwriters, editors and the thumbnail designer
Quality-check scripts, videos and thumbnails against our checklists
Keyword research for descriptions using NexLev
Compile a short weekly analytics report (views, retention, CTR)
Basic community management (comments)

What we're looking for

Experience with YouTube Studio; experience on an entertainment/compilation channel is a strong plus
Very reliable with deadlines and communication
Good written English and an eye for detail
Comfortable working from SOPs and giving clear, constructive feedback to freelancers
Familiar with (or quick to learn) ---------- , Google Drive, Nexlev and a own production system (not that difficult)

Details

Hours: at first 12-16 per week, flexible, but uploads must go out on time
Rate: Let me know your rate, we can negotiate
Long-term collaboration for the right person
