JOB OVERVIEW

YouTube Video Editor + Poster | B2B Business Content | $500-$1,500+/Month

We are hiring 2-3 editors ASAP to join our team and consistently edit and post YouTube videos.

Our content is primarily B2B business content and sales call videos. The editing itself is straightforward and does NOT require heavy effects or complicated editing.

What You'll Do
* Edit and post YouTube long-form videos
* Edit sales call recordings and post them
* Remove dead air, awkward pauses, and obvious mistakes
* Enhance and clean up audio
* Add simple intro/outro edits
* Add basic text, screenshots, or visuals when needed
* Add timestamps
* Upload, title, describe, and properly publish videos
* Follow our editing and posting SOPs
* Thoroughly review every video before submitting it

Who We're Looking For

You are:
* **Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous**
* Reliable and consistent
* Fast without sacrificing quality
* Experienced with YouTube video editing
* Comfortable editing business and sales content
* Able to follow SOPs and instructions precisely
* Able to identify mistakes before submitting a video
* Someone who takes pride in producing clean, professional work

**Careless mistakes are NOT acceptable.**

These videos represent our company and our clients. A video with incorrect cuts, missed mistakes, exposed personal info, bad audio, incorrect timestamps, or other careless errors is NOT acceptable.

Compensation
* $500-$1,500/month depending on quality, performance, and number of videos successfully edited and posted.**

This is a **100% pay-per-video position**, not an hourly position.

The more quality videos you successfully complete and post, the more you can earn.

There is consistent work available for the right editors, and we also work with clients who need their business videos edited.
