YouTube 2D Animator (Explainer Videos)
I NEED 20 2D ANIMATORS — HIGH CHANCE OF GETTING HIRED IF YOU CAN DO THE JOB
We are building multiple YouTube channels and are looking for talented 2D animators who can create simple animated explainer-style YouTube videos.
This role is ideal for animators who understand how to visually explain stories, strategies, and concepts using simple 2D animation.
If you can follow instructions, communicate well, and produce quality work, there is a strong chance you will be hired.
Work Expectations:
Create simple 2D animated explainer-style YouTube videos
- 3-4 videos per week
- Maintain fast response time
- Have good English communication skills
- Follow pacing and style similar to the competitor channel
- Deliver clean, engaging animations ready for YouTube
Required Skills:
- Strong 2D animation skills
- Ability to visually explain stories and concepts through animation
- Ability to animate characters, scenes, and simple diagrams
- Understanding of pacing and storytelling
Experience with animation tools such as:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Animate
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Illustrator
Helpful but not required:
Toon Boom
Blender (2D tools)
Midjourney
Leonardo AI
Simple animation styles such as stick figures, diagrams, and simple drawings are perfectly acceptable.
The goal is clear storytelling, not complex animation!
Sample Test (Required)
To apply, you must complete a 1 minute animated sample video.
You will receive:
-Script + voiceover
-Competitor channel (to understand pacing and style)
Instructions:
-Watch 3–5 minutes of the video from the materials to understand pacing and rhythm
-Open the materials folder
-Create the 1 minute animated video using the provided script and voiceover
-Use simple 2D animation to visually explain the story
-Send the finished sample video here.
