Responsibilities
Research and curate products from major retailers such as Sephora, Macy’s, Amazon and other relevant shopping partners
Source and organize product imagery from retail websites for content creation
Create visually appealing shopping collages and other branded content using Canva or similar design tools
Build and implement affiliate links across shoppable content
Compile and format shopping-focused posts for publication across Tiff’s core platforms
Repost, distribute, and share content across Instagram, Instagram Stories, Substack, and
Support the growth and consistency of Tiff’s digital footprint, with a strong emphasis on Instagram
Help organize, package, and prepare content so it is polished, on-brand, and ready for publishing
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, product selections, and published materials
Assist in keeping shoppable content organized, current, and easy to repurpose across key platforms
Requirements
Proven experience with Canva or similar design platforms
Strong eye for clean, polished, and brand-consistent content
Strong background in graphic design and editorial.
Understanding of e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and shoppable content workflows
Experience creating and formatting content for Instagram, Instagram Stories, Substack, and website publishing
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple content tasks efficiently
Familiarity with retail, fashion, fragrance, beauty, and shopping trends
Experience with content distribution, reposting, and platform-specific formatting preferred
Scope
Part-time role: 20 hours per week
Flexible scheduling based on availability and time zone alignment
Primary focus on content creation, shopping collages, affiliate linking, and social distribution
Main platform focus: Instagram, Substack, and
Strong emphasis on growing and maintaining Tiff’s Instagram presence and overall digital footprint
Direct collaboration with Tiff on content direction, visual standards, and brand voice
