JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
I am looking for a reliable, high-speed Video Editor/VA to join my team. You will be responsible for turning scripts and voiceovers into "PowerPoint-style" educational videos. The style is extremely minimalist, clean, and fast-paced.

Your Workflow:
1. Create visual layouts in Google Slides (using provided templates).
2. Source high-quality transparent PNGs of characters and relevant B-roll/cinematics.
3. Assemble in CapCut, timing visual "reveals" perfectly to the voiceover.
4. Export and deliver within 12 hours of receiving assets.

Requirements:
- Proficiency: Google Slides and CapCut.
- Sourcing Skills: Must be able to source relevant, cohesive images/videos.
- Speed: You must be able to handle long-form scripts (up to 20-25 mins) with a fast turnaround.
- Reliability: Daily ---------- check-ins. I value "work-hard" mentalities.
- Language: Good understanding of English audio cues for precise cutting.

Compensation: * $400/month (Paid Monthly).
This is a full-time, long-term position.
