# Full-Time YouTube Video Editor for AI-Assisted Real Estate & Lifestyle Channel

We are looking for a reliable, creative, full-time video editor from the Philippines to help produce high-quality YouTube videos for a Seattle-area real estate and lifestyle channel.

This is not just basic editing. We are building a long-term content system using a mix of AI tools, real local knowledge, voiceover, b-roll, maps, stock footage, captions, and strong storytelling.

The goal is to produce **2 polished YouTube videos per week**, along with occasional short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

## About the Channel

Our content helps people understand what it is really like to live in Seattle, the Eastside, Snohomish County, and nearby communities. Topics include:

* Moving to Seattle
* Best Seattle suburbs
* Cost of living
* Neighborhood and city guides
* Real estate market insights
* Downsizing and preparing homes for sale
* Local lifestyle, parks, schools, commute, and community feel

The tone is calm, trustworthy, helpful, and story-driven. We are not looking for hype, clickbait, or flashy editing that feels fake. We want videos that feel professional, clear, warm, and useful.

## Main Responsibilities

You will help create **2 long-form YouTube videos per week**, usually 8–15 minutes each.

Your work may include:

* Editing long-form YouTube videos
* Finding and organizing b-roll
* Adding maps, labels, callouts, and simple motion graphics
* Using AI video tools when needed
* Editing AI avatar or AI voiceover footage
* Adding music, pacing, captions, and visual interest
* Creating short-form clips from long-form videos
* Creating clean YouTube thumbnails or helping prepare thumbnail assets
* Adding pattern interrupts every 20–30 seconds to improve retention
* Making videos feel polished, natural, and easy to watch
* Following a repeatable weekly production system

## Tools and Skills We Like

You do not need to know every tool, but you should be comfortable learning new tools quickly.

Helpful experience includes:

* Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
* Canva
* YouTube editing
* AI video tools such as HeyGen, Runway, Pika, Kling, Synthesia, or similar
* AI voiceover/video workflows
* Google Drive
* YouTube Shorts / Reels / TikTok editing
* Basic thumbnail design
* Basic map graphics or screen-recorded map editing
* Good English comprehension

We like storytelling, clean pacing, useful visuals, maps, neighborhood footage, and simple graphics that help the viewer understand the topic.

## Weekly Output Goal

The target is:

* 2 long-form YouTube videos per week
* 2–6 short clips per week from those videos when needed
* Thumbnail support when needed

We will provide topics, direction, scripts, and guidance. You will help turn those ideas into finished videos.
