JOB OVERVIEW

We’re building a motivational and guided visualization YouTube channel that combines cinematic sound, on-screen captions, and calming ambient visuals.

You’ll receive finished voiceovers and music — your job is to bring them to life visually through captions, pacing, and atmosphere.

Each video should feel cinematic, modern, and emotionally engaging — not flashy or over-edited.

You will:

Import the final voiceover + music track we provide

Add on-screen captions that match narration timing (clean, centered, or cinematic lower-third style)

Select or edit ambient visuals (nature, light, sky, slow motion, etc.) that fit the tone

Align captions and visuals for rhythm and emotional pacing

Add subtle transitions, fade-ins, and occasional overlays to enhance flow

Deliver a ready-to-upload YouTube file (1080p or 4K)

You’ll be provided:

Final voiceover + music track

Full script with timestamps or pacing notes

Reference videos for tone and layout

REQUIREMENTS

Skilled with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Premiere Pro

Strong sense of timing and pacing — understands how to hold attention with rhythm, silence, and motion

Able to design or animate captions that feel cinematic and professional (not default styles)

Experience sourcing and cutting ambient or stock footage

Understands YouTube storytelling and retention pacing

BONUS POINTS

Experience editing faceless motivational or meditation-style content

Familiar with stock sites like Pexels, Storyblocks, or Artgrid

Basic understanding of color grading for warm cinematic tones (gold, blue, neutral whites)

20 - 30 videos 2 - 7 minute videos per month.
