About Us
We're one of Central Florida's most active real estate teams — and we don't just sell homes, we build a brand. Our YouTube videos generate real leads every week through storytelling, data-driven market education, and cinematic visual content. Now, we're looking for an experienced long-form video editor who can help us create high-quality, engaging content with sophisticated motion graphics and editorial storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Edit compelling long-form YouTube content (10–25 minutes): home tours, community guides, market analysis, "Living in Orlando" lifestyle content, and coverage of current Orlando developments
2. Create sophisticated motion graphics and data visualizations — think Vox, Johnny Harris, or news-style editorial presentation
3. Build engaging narrative flow with dynamic pacing, visual hooks, and emotional storytelling
Implement client feedback quickly and accurately
4. Organize and manage project files and exports efficiently
5. Leverage AI tools creatively throughout the editing process
6. Edit occasional short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts) as needed
What We're Looking For
1. Excellent English comprehension and confident written communication skills — this is essential for understanding project briefs, feedback, and collaborating with the team
2. Strong long-form editing skills with experience in editorial/documentary-style storytelling (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
3. Advanced motion graphics capabilities — ability to create polished data visualizations, animated maps, kinetic typography, and news-style graphics
4. Vox/Johnny Harris/news editorial editing style — you understand pacing, visual storytelling, and how to make educational content engaging
5. AI proficiency is required — you must be experienced with current AI tools including:
Text-to-image (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
Text-to-video and image animation (Google Veo 2, Runway, Pika, etc.)
AI motion graphics and animated text tools
Any emerging AI editing technologies
6.Strong visual storytelling instincts — can create compelling hooks and maintain viewer engagement
7. Familiar with YouTube best practices (aspect ratios, pacing, branding, SEO optimization)
8. Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently
9. Team player who is open to learning, embraces growth, and collaborates well with other virtual assistants
10. Real estate or architecture video editing experience is a plus (but not required)
Perks & Benefits
1. Birthday paid time off
2. Certain U.S. federal holidays off (if they fall on your workdays)
3. Paid editing tests
4. Long-term, stable opportunity with a fast-moving U.S.-based team
5. Room to grow and work on increasingly creative projects
