Video & Content Producer – YouTube / Social / Amazon (MrYouWho Global Media Network)

Type of Work: Full-time (can start part-time during training)
Salary: US $4.00–$5.00 per hour (PHP equivalent, depending on skills and test edit)

Job Overview

MrYouWho is a fast-growing global tech & lifestyle media network with 260K+ YouTube subscribers, 15+ channels, and a big presence across YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Threads. We review tech, audio and lifestyle products and turn them into high-performing videos and short-form content that actually sells.

We’re looking for a Video & Content Producer (Graduate and Experienced) who wants to build a real media career – not just do basic VA tasks. You’ll start by helping edit YouTube reviews, Shorts/Reels/TikToks and Amazon Influencer videos, with full training, clear SOPs and a supportive team.

This role is ideal for a fresh grad or early-career editor who’s serious about learning, growing and staying long-term.

What You’ll Do

• Edit full YouTube review videos (8–12 minutes) from raw footage using B-roll, overlays and music
• Cut short-form vertical clips from long videos (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
• Help prepare Amazon Influencer videos using existing scripts/footage and clear guidelines
• Do basic thumbnail work in Canva following our brand style
• Follow our file naming and folder structure in Dropbox
• Track tasks in Notion so nothing is missed and deadlines are clear
• Work closely with our Content & Operations Manager and wider team

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Graduate or early-career (0–2 years) in Multimedia, Film, Communication, Digital Media or similar
• Comfortable editing in CapCut Desktop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
•.Can follow story flow, pacing and basic sound design
• Strong English comprehension (scripts, briefs and SOPs are all in English)
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection for video editing
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and able to follow checklists consistently

Nice-to-Have (Bonus, not required)

• Experience editing YouTube videos with voiceover + B-roll
• Experience cutting Shorts/Reels/TikToks
•.Basic Canva/thumbnail experience
• Interest in tech, audio, gadgets or reviews

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week (can start at 25–30 hours/week during training if needed)
• Pay range: US $4.00–$5.00 per hour, paid in PHP at the current exchange rate
• 13th month pay, PH holidays and performance-based raises/bonuses for long-term tea ---------- mbers
• Clear growth path into Senior Editor or Campaign Producer roles if performance is strong
