**YouTube Video Editor – Scale a Real Estate Channel with Storytelling Focus**

**I'm looking for someone who scales with my production pace.** We're starting at 2–3 videos per month and ramping up to 2–3 per week during content sprints. This is a project that grows as I grow it, not a fixed commitment.

This isn't corporate real estate content—it's conversational, authentic vlogging that actually converts viewers into clients. Every edit you make directly impacts lead generation. Your work gets seen and measured.

- Edit YouTube-ready videos (10–25 min range, ~15 min average)
- Include chapters, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions
- Collaborate on storytelling and pacing decisions. I value your input on what works
- 72-hour turnaround
- Unlimited revisions. You request feedback within 48 hours, I turn around edits quickly
- Consistent file specs and delivery format
