We are a premium wedding media and production brand looking for a talented, creative YouTube Video Editor to take over our post-production pipeline. We want to be completely hands-off. You will receive the raw assets and a structured brief, and your job is to deliver a highly polished, super-engaging final video ready for publication.

Our channel targets modern, stylish women who are actively planning their weddings. The editing style needs to feel premium, visually engaging, cleanly paced, and polished, not over-edited with cheap memes or loud gaming graphics.

What We Provide:
All raw footage and high-quality external audio files.
A clear, concise creative brief and outline for every single video.
Access to a premium Musicbed subscription for high-end background music and soundtracks.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
A-to-Z Editing: Handle data organization, rough cuts, narrative pacing, audio mixing/leveling, and basic text/motion graphics.

Video Length:
Final runtime will vary per project, anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.

Turnaround: First draft must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the raw footage.

Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions per video if required to polish the final cut.

Delivery: Final exported file must be clean, high-resolution, and delivered in MP4 format.

Requirements:
Proven experience editing for YouTube (experience in the wedding, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury service niches is a massive asset).
Expert mastery of professional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
A strong eye for visual pacing, storytelling, and audio transitions that keep viewers watching.
Reliable high-speed internet to download large packages of raw footage seamlessly.
