JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

My name is Kai, and I run several faceless YouTube channels that review online games and releases.

I am currently looking to expand my content team and hire a long-term video editor and creator for these YouTube videos.

You will be given the video idea, voice recording/script, and requirements, and your job will be to edit the video for it and create additional content for the video (usually in the form of a screen recording, as the videos are tutorials. So an additional background is social media marketing is beneficial).

The videos are usually 2 minutes long, and fairly simple. Here are some examples of such videos (mix between the 2, and ideally, with subtitles):

I hope you get the idea about these videos, can go through them more specifically via message... After getting the script, assets and target keyword for the video, your job will be to create such a video with great graphics, effects, NCS music, etc. so it matches with the voiceover. The videos must be of great quality.

You will have to edit and create 5-10 such videos per day. Since they are fairly short – usually 2 minutes (not short-form content like Reels, though), the videos can be produced quite fast from my experience.

Here are the requirements:
- Great editing skills ideally using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut, or other similar software.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Orientation in the social media marketing sphere and experience with YouTube SEO and/or YouTube would be a potential plus as well.

Partnership details:
- I am looking for a long-term partnership in this project, as I am looking to grow these YouTube channels in the long term.
- The employment will firstly be part-time, but I will be happy to change it to full-time terms if you do your job well. We can work on the hours/salary so it works for the both of us.
- I will provide bonuses for performance, so we can grow together.
