JOB OVERVIEW

YouTube Thumbnail Designer | $5 per Thumbnail + Bonuses

We run multiple YouTube channels and are looking for a designer with strong visual judgment who understands what makes viewers click.

The role:
Research references and develop strong thumbnail ideas.
Create designs that fit the audience and style of each channel and work with the video title.
Use AI tools to support your workflow.

What we are looking for:
A strong faceless YouTube thumbnail portfolio and good design judgment.
The ability to explain your ideas and adapt to different styles.
Reliable communication, speed, and consistent quality.

Pay and workload:
We will start with several thumbnails a day and aim to reach 50 per week at $5 each, plus performance bonuses to be agreed.

We will increase the workload based on the quality of your work. Only apply if you are interested in growing into a full-time role and available to make that transition.
