HIRING: YouTube Thumbnail Designer + Operations VA

About Us
We run a growing portfolio of faceless YouTube channels across multiple niches. We are scaling rapidly and launching 10 new channels every month, producing ---------- videos monthly. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber who can split their time between creating high-quality YouTube thumbnails and handling YouTube channel operations.
This is a long-term position with room to grow. We value reliability, communication, and quality work. We pay on time every month via PayPal, weekly payments, and give performance-based raises.

The Role
This is a hybrid role. You will spend approximately half your time designing YouTube thumbnails and half your time on YouTube channel operations. Your typical day might look like this:

• Morning (4 hours): Account warm-up activities on YouTube (watching videos, liking, commenting, subscribing) + uploading finished videos to YouTube channels with thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Afternoon (4 hours): Thumbnail design block — creating 5-8 thumbnails per day using templates and style guides for each channel.
• End of day (30 min): Organize files in Dropbox, update the publishing calendar, flag any issues to your manager.

You will report directly to our Channel Manager, who will be your main point of contact for work and queries.

Thumbnail Design Responsibilities (~45% of time)
• Design ---------- YouTube thumbnails per month based on approved concepts and style guides.
• Create and maintain thumbnail templates in Photoshop or Canva for each channel/niche.
• Source and edit images, apply text overlays, and ensure thumbnails look great at both mobile and desktop sizes.
• Create A/B test thumbnail variants when requested.
• Deliver all thumbnails via Dropbox in organized, properly named folders.

Operations VA Responsibilities (~55% of time)
• Warm up new YouTube accounts by watching videos, liking, commenting, and subscribing for 1-3 hours per account on assigned days. You will use a special browser (Multilogin) for this — we will train you.
• Upload finished videos to YouTube channels — add thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, end screens, and cards using checklists we provide.
• Schedule videos according to our publishing calendar.
• Monitor browser profiles and proxy connections. Flag any account warnings or issues immediately.
• Pull basic YouTube analytics screenshots for weekly reports.

Requirements
Must Have:
• Strong Photoshop or Canva Pro skills. You must be able to create professional, eye-catching YouTube thumbnails.
• A portfolio showing YouTube thumbnails you have created (not just general graphic design).
• Understanding of what makes a thumbnail clickable — contrast, emotion, curiosity gap, readable text at small sizes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) precisely.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer that can run Photoshop/Canva and a web browser smoothly.
• Available to work 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility on exact hours).
• Responsive on Slack/Telegram during working hours.

Nice to Have (not required):
• Experience with YouTube channel management or uploading videos to YouTube.
• Experience using anti-detect browsers (Multilogin, GoLogin, or similar).
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO (tags, descriptions, keywords).
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• Basic understanding of faceless YouTube content.
