JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a sharp, data-driven Thumbnail Designer who understands that a thumbnail’s only job is to get the click. I don’t just want "nice" designs; I want high-performance visuals that stop the scroll.

This is a gig-based role. Please note: For most videos, I will require at least 2 different thumbnail variations (different concepts/angles), which will be paid at $5 USD each ($10 total for the pair).

Pay: $5 USD per individual thumbnail.
Tools: Photoshop, Canva, or AI-assisted workflows are welcome, provided the final result is high-quality and follows YouTube best practices.

What I am looking for:

CTR Awareness: You understand visual hierarchy and how to use high-contrast colors to stand out on a crowded feed.

Psychology of the Click: You know how to create curiosity or emotional triggers through imagery and minimal text (3 words or less).

Mobile-First Design: Your text must be readable and your focal point must be clear even on a small phone screen.

Efficiency: I am looking for someone who has a fast, reliable workflow and can deliver variations quickly.

Responsibilities:

Create custom thumbnails (usually 2 variations per video) based on provided titles/briefs.

Incorporate provided assets (photos/branding) efficiently.

Standard turnaround: 24–48 hours.
