About Us
REViVE Amazon Partners is a boutique agency helping Amazon sellers and brands grow through PPC management and full account services. We run a YouTube channel aimed at Amazon sellers and marketers, and we're looking for a reliable thumbnail designer to join our team long-term.

What You'll Be Doing
Design thumbnails for our weekly YouTube videos (text/graphic-style, agency-branded look)
We'll provide the photo/image of our host — you'll build the concept and design around it
Create 1–3 thumbnail concepts per video (minimum 1/week, up to 3+ depending on the video)
Help think through thumbnail concepts, not just execute — we want someone who understands what makes a thumbnail click-worthy for this audience and can bring ideas to the table
Revisions included as part of each project

What We're Looking For
Strong turnaround time — this is the most important factor for us. Thumbnails need to be ready within 4 hours of being requested
Fast, reliable communication — we need someone we can message and count on to respond quickly
Good values and reliability — this is a long-term weekly relationship, not one-off gigs
A strong grasp of who we're speaking to (Amazon sellers/marketers) and what resonates with them
Someone who thinks critically about concepts — studies what's working, understands why, and brings that thinking into their designs
Amazon or e-commerce-specific design experience is a big plus, though not required

Pay
Paid per project. Rate depends on experience level. The test project is also paid.
