We’re looking for a Thumbnail Designer to join our team!
You’ll be creating scroll-stopping thumbnails that grab attention, drive clicks, and help our clients grow their YouTube channels.
At Views To Clients, we are actively growing 20+ YouTube channels for brands & businesses to become the biggest YouTube channels in their niche, whilst also making over $1,000,000 per year from their YouTube channels. Here are a few examples of channels we’ve helped:
Ideally, you’ve already designed thumbnails before and have a portfolio to show for it. In this role you will be trained to an elite level of thumbnail design regardless of where you’re currently at.
If you’re not almost scarily obsessed with YouTube content, titles, and thumbnails – this role might not be for you.
We’re still a relatively small team, so you’d have a critical role in our service with lots of freedom and creative control to raise the bar on visual performance.
Tasks / KPIs:
Design high-performing thumbnails that get clicks
Revise thumbnails based on feedback from senior tea
Communicate and collaborate with tea
Requirements:
Some experience designing thumbnails is preferred, but not required
You have a portfolio of previous design work
Familiar with using Photoshop
Must be FLUENT in English
Availability:
- 9AM–5PM BST (2PM–10PM EST)
- There is a bit of flexibility to adjust these working hours, but you will need to be able to work around these sort of hours
- Monday to Friday work days
Compensation:
- $1,000/month base pay
- Full-time, remote position
