JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant | YouTube Sponsorships | Brand Partnerships | Affiliate Marketing | Research
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated YouTube Sponsorship & Monetization Virtual Assistant to help us turn our growing YouTube presence into additional revenue.
We are Remove It Pros, an established demolition company in Florida. Our content covers real demolition projects, heavy equipment, tools, construction, junk removal, salvage, recycling, scrap, repurposing materials, and the business behind it all.
What We Need
This is NOT a basic YouTube VA position.
We don't need someone just to upload videos, answer comments, or schedule posts.
We need a HUNTER.
We want someone who can research the internet, study similar YouTube channels, identify companies spending money on creators, find the correct decision-makers, and uncover ways for us to monetize our audience.
Your job is to find opportunities and help us turn those opportunities into revenue.
What You'll Be Doing
- Find companies that would be a natural sponsorship fit for our YouTube content.
- Research brands already sponsoring similar YouTube channels.
- Identify the correct people responsible for influencer marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, affiliates, or creator programs.
- Find verified emails, LinkedIn profiles, contact forms, and other ways to reach decision-makers.
- Research affiliate programs, creator programs, brand ambassador programs, and product partnerships.
- Look for opportunities involving paid sponsorships, monthly sponsorships, affiliate commissions, free products, tools, equipment, and equipment partnerships.
- Research companies involving tools, heavy equipment, workwear, PPE, trucks, trailers, construction products, demolition equipment, technology, software, recycling, resale, and other industries that fit our audience.
- Watch competing and related YouTube channels and determine who is sponsoring them.
- Match potential sponsors to specific videos we're producing.
- Help write and send outreach.
- Follow up with potential sponsors consistently.
- Keep everything organized in our CRM/spreadsheets.
- Track contacts, conversations, offers, follow-ups, sponsorships, and revenue generated.
- Continually look for new ways to monetize the channel beyond normal YouTube advertising.
We're Looking for Someone Who...
Has excellent internet research skills and good written and spoken English.
You should be comfortable using YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, company websites, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other research tools.
AI is encouraged, but we don't want somebody who simply asks AI for a list and sends it to us.
You need to verify your research and dig deeper when the easy answer isn't there.
You should be the type of person who can start with:
"Find companies that might sponsor a demolition video."

…and come back with:
"I researched 30 companies. These 12 are actively sponsoring creators. I found the marketing/partnership contacts for 9 of them. These 5 are the strongest opportunities, here's why, and I've prepared the outreach."

That's the person we're looking for.
Experience We'd Love to See
Previous experience with one or more of these is highly preferred:
YouTube sponsorships, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, sponsorship sales, lead generation, online research, brand outreach, or YouTube channel management.
Experience in construction, tools, equipment, automotive, trades, or home improvement is a plus, but not required.
How We Measure Success
We're not interested in somebody filling a spreadsheet with hundreds of random company names.
We're interested in:
Qualified opportunities → Correct contacts → Outreach → Follow-up → Conversations → Deals → Revenue
Ultimately, we want this position to pay for itself many times over.
IMPORTANT — How to Apply
Do NOT send us a generic virtual-assistant application.
Start your application with the words:
"I'M A HUNTER"
Then answer these three questions:
1. Tell us about your experience finding YouTube sponsorships, affiliate programs, brand partnerships, or similar revenue opportunities.
2. Have you worked with any YouTube creators or channels before? If so, tell us what you did.
3. TEST: Research our business, Remove It Pros, and give us 5 companies you believe could realistically be potential sponsors for our YouTube channel.
For each company, tell us why you selected them and whether you can find evidence that they work with creators, influencers, affiliates, or YouTube channels.
If you can also find the person or department we should contact, even better.
We're looking for someone who wants an ongoing position and can become an important part of growing the revenue side of our content.
If you're a researcher, a problem-solver, and most importantly a HUNTER—we want to hear from you.
