???? Job Description
We are looking for a creative YouTube Shorts Scriptwriter to produce engaging, high-retention scripts for a growing YouTube automation channel in the dental health niche.
Our content will feature a skeleton avatar and follow a viral, attention-grabbing style similar to popular short-form channels — but focused specifically on teeth, hygiene, and dental care.
The goal is simple:
Grab attention FAST
Keep people watching until the end
Feel entertaining and easy to understand
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Write 30–60 second scripts for YouTube Shorts (3 scripts per week)
Create strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
Structure scripts for maximum retention and watch time
Simplify dental/health topics into entertaining, easy-to-understand content
Add curiosity, tension, and exaggeration to keep viewers engaged
Work closely with our content team to align scripts with viral ideas
?? Important – Content Style
This is NOT academic or clinical writing.
Our videos are designed for:
Short attention spans
Entertainment + education
High engagement + views
???? This means:
Some information may be simplified or slightly exaggerated for engagement
The focus is on viewer retention and virality, not perfect scientific depth
If you are someone who prefers strict, formal writing — this role is not for you.
???? Example Style
We are aiming for:
Fast-paced storytelling
Bold statements
Curiosity-driven hooks
Example:
? “Brushing your teeth twice a day is important.”
? “If you brush like THIS, you might be destroying your teeth…”
???? What We’re Looking For
Experience in YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or short-form scriptwriting
Strong understanding of:
Hooks
Retention
Viral content structure
Ability to write in a clear, engaging, conversational tone
Creative thinker and able to think of engaging angles + who can turn simple or complex topics into compelling scripts
Fast turnaround time
Interest in health, hygiene, or dental topics is a bonus
???? Content Details
Niche: Dental Health / Hygiene
Format: YouTube Shorts (30–60 seconds)
Style: Animated / Skelly (skeleton avatar)
Tone: Engaging, slightly exaggerated, curiosity-driven
???? Payment & Opportunity
Flat rate per script/video
Long-term opportunity if performance good
Potential to grow into a lead scriptwriter role as channels scale
???? REQUIRED – Application Task
To apply, please complete this task:
Write 1 short script (30–45 seconds) based on this idea:
“Why your breath still smells even after brushing”
Include:
A strong hook
Engaging flow
Ending that keeps retention high
Applications without this will be ignored.
Also provide any previous work and references.
