JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a high-performing production team for our YouTube Shorts channels and are currently hiring for three positions:

- YouTube Shorts Scriptwriter
- Short-Form Premiere Pro Editor
- YouTube Shorts Clip Finder

We have generated billions of views with short-form content and will teach you the systems, standards, and strategies we use to produce high-retention videos.

Role 1: YouTube Shorts Scriptwriter

Compensation: $5 per completed script
Expected Output: Up to 10 scripts per day

Responsibilities
- Analyze successful YouTube Shorts and their scripts
- Write fast-paced, retention-optimized scripts
- Create strong hooks that immediately capture attention

Requirements
- Fluent written English
- Experience writing short-form or viral content
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention
- Willingness to learn and receive direct feedback

Role 2: Short-Form Premiere Pro Editor

Compensation: $10 per completed edit
Expected Output: Up to 5 Shorts per day

Responsibilities
- Edit fast-paced, retention-focused YouTube Shorts
- Develop and improve editing styles for our channels
- Use captions, sound effects, visual effects, cuts, and pacing to maintain attention
- Follow references and apply detailed feedback

Requirements
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- A computer setup capable of handling short-form editing
- Good English communication skills
- Reliable and open to direct feedback

Role 3: YouTube Shorts Clip Finder

Compensation:
- $300 per niche per month
- Handling up to 4 niches possible

Responsibilities
- Find high-potential clips across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook
- Identify content with strong viral and scroll-stopping potential
- Evaluate clips using our selection criteria

Requirements
- A strong instinct for viral and attention-grabbing content
- Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
- Fast, consistent, organized, and reliable

Selected applicants will receive a short trial that mirrors the actual role.
After the trial, we may schedule a brief call to discuss your choices and how you evaluate potential clips.
