Raffiti Media is a Done-For-You YouTube management agency, with the main objective to strategically grow our clients’ brands on YouTube through intentional videos, SEO analysis, marketing strategy, and community building. It is a super FUN, FRIENDLY, and fast-paced environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a YouTube Project Manager who will manage the posting schedules and back end of up to 8 -YouTube clients as a part of a project team with various responsibilities including:

-Manage Projects in Asana: Work with the Project Strategist to manage video tasks, and assign video editors, thumbnail designers, and content curators to videos, descriptions, titles, thumbnails, and marketing funnels.

-Review Edited Video: Proof edited YouTube videos, descriptions, titles, and thumbnails prior to release for obvious errors that need revision including but not limited to grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, pacing, and flow.

-Stay on top of Video Release Schedule: Manage editing team timeline, ensure videos are completed, SEO'd, optimized, and scheduled for release on time

-Research & Strategy: Assist the Project Strategist in title research and content strategy using the latest trends and cross-reference from channel analytics and create video scripts/outlines for the clients.

-Communication: Collaborating and communicating regularly with the team, giving updates on status through the program Asana, Voxer, and Slack. Relaying information fluidly from client to team and vice versa.

REQUIRED SKILLS
-Forward-thinker is a MUST (think ahead, problem solve, and plan for the future without being told how to do every step of the job each day)
-Takes notes in training and goes back to those notes when independently working
-Takes ownership of their role and their duties
-Experienced in uploading YouTube and SEO YouTube videos
-Detail-oriented
-Ability to multitask, pace work, and prioritize properly
-Time management (meet or beat deadlines)
-Proactive and responsive to communication
-Successfully keep a project on track and know when and how to escalate an issue
-Mastered the English language
-Excellent English writing and oral communication skills
-Skilled in writing copy that implements SEO in its content
-Video editing/image editing experience is a plus
-Exceptional proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
-Professional experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Able to work well independently & successfully as part of a team
-Familiarity with main social media platforms, especially YouTube
-Knowledge of Google GSuite, YouTube (a must), and Asana (preferred)
-Prior experience managing a YouTube channel (i.e. uploading, scheduling, etc)
