JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented YouTube Long-Form Video Editor to join our team on a long-term basis.

This role is focused exclusively on editing conversational YouTube videos using Descript.

Responsibilities
Edit long-form YouTube videos using Descript.
Remove filler words, pauses, mistakes, and dead space while maintaining a natural conversation.
Improve pacing and viewer retention.
Add supplied B-roll where appropriate to support the story.
Add simple text overlays when needed.
Perform basic audio cleanup.
Export completed videos using our workflow.
Organize project files within our shared Google Drive and Descript workspace.

Requirements
Experience editing YouTube videos.
Experience using Descript (preferred).
Strong attention to detail.
Good English comprehension.
Reliable internet connection.
Able to communicate regularly through WhatsApp and Zoom.
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
