JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a sharp YouTube Content Assistant to help brainstorm high-CTR titles/thumbnails and structure video hooks. You will focus purely on strategy and content ideas—no editing or graphic design required.

Key Responsibilities
Title & Thumbnail Ideas: Come up with 2–3 catchy titles and thumbnail concepts for each video before we film.

Hook Writing: Help tighten the first 15–30 seconds of each video script to stop viewers from scrolling away.

Topic Research: Find what's working well for other creators in our niche.

Briefing: Pass clear title/thumbnail concepts to our editor and thumbnail designer.

Requirements
Solid understanding of what makes people click and watch YouTube videos.

Clear, fast communication.

Experience with business, educational, or professional YouTube channels is a plus.
