YouTube Growth & Podcast Guest Outreach Virtual Assistant

**Part-Time | Long-Term Opportunity | Female Entrepreneur/Personal Brand**

I am looking for a proactive, highly organized **YouTube Growth & Guest Outreach Virtual Assistant** to help me grow and relaunch my personal brand and YouTube channel.

My brand focuses on women, entrepreneurship, creating multiple streams of income, health, personal growth, and what it looks like to **start over and build a new chapter of life at 47**.

I am also launching a new entrepreneur interview series featuring women who are willing to **share what is actually working in their businesses without gatekeeping**.

This is NOT just a basic administrative VA position.

I am looking for someone who understands content, can research strategically, spot interesting entrepreneurs and trending topics, help recruit great podcast/YouTube guests, repurpose content, and eventually help me manage the backend of a growing YouTube media brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Guest Research & Outreach

You will research female entrepreneurs who would make strong guests for my YouTube interview series.

Potential topics and industries include:

* Amazon Influencer Program
* TikTok Shop
* UGC/content creation
* Affiliate marketing
* Etsy
* Digital products
* YouTube
* AI businesses
* Online coaching
* Freelancing
* Virtual assistants
* Social media agencies
* Wellness businesses
* Beauty businesses
* Local service businesses
* Real estate
* E-commerce
* Multiple income streams
* Women who started successful businesses after 40, 50 or 60

You will research potential guests on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, podcasts and other appropriate platforms.

You will maintain a detailed guest database including contact information, business model, social platforms, audience size, why they would be a good guest, outreach status, follow-up dates and booking status.

You will also send personalized outreach using templates I provide and follow up professionally with potential guests.

**I do NOT want mass spam outreach. Quality and personalization matter.**

- YouTube Research & Growth

You will help research:

* Trending topics in female entrepreneurship
* Questions women are currently asking about making money
* YouTube competitors and similar channels
* High-performing video topics
* Potential titles and hooks
* Thumbnail concepts
* Search keywords
* Emerging side hustles and income opportunities
* Q4 business and income opportunities
* Topics that are gaining traction across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram

I want someone who can look at content and ask:

**“Why did this video perform well, and how can we create our own original angle around this topic?”**

- Content Repurposing

Each long-form YouTube episode should become multiple pieces of short-form content.

You will help identify strong moments from interviews and solo episodes that can become:

* YouTube Shorts
* Instagram Reels
* TikTok videos
* Facebook Reels
* Quote graphics
* Social media posts
* Promotional clips

You should be able to identify strong hooks, surprising statements, educational moments and highly shareable sections of an interview.

Video editing experience with **CapCut or similar software is strongly preferred.**

- YouTube Publishing & Optimization

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

* Uploading YouTube videos
* Creating optimized descriptions
* Adding chapters/timestamps
* Adding appropriate tags/keywords
* Scheduling videos
* Uploading thumbnails
* Creating playlists
* Adding end screens/cards when appropriate
* Connecting Shorts to relevant long-form videos
* Scheduling Community posts
* Organizing the content calendar
* Monitoring comments and identifying audience questions

- Analytics

Each week, I want a simple report showing what is working.

This may include:

* Views
* Impressions
* Click-through rate
* Average view duration
* Audience retention
* Subscribers gained
* Top-performing videos
* Top-performing Shorts
* Traffic sources
* Returning viewers
* Topics that appear to be resonating
* Recommendations for what we should test next

I don't just want numbers copied from YouTube Studio.

I want someone who is willing to learn how to interpret the numbers and help identify patterns.

* Willing to suggest ideas instead of waiting for instructions every day

You do NOT have to know everything on day one.

I would rather hire someone who is intelligent, curious, resourceful and willing to learn than someone who claims to be an “expert” at everything.

This position will begin **part-time**, with the potential to increase hours as the channel and responsibilities grow.
