JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a social media manager.WE’RE HIRING – YOUTUBE VIDEO EDITOR (CEBU BASED)
We’re looking for a skilled YouTube editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and how to hold attention.
This is not basic editing.
You’ll be working with high-quality 4K expedition footage and shaping it into strong, engaging episodes.
You MUST be based in Cebu.
Your Role
• Edit long-form YouTube episodes from raw footage
• Follow scripts and shape narrative structure
• Build pacing, tension, and flow throughout each video
• Select strong visuals and ---------- nts that elevate the story
• Work with feedback and refine edits to final delivery
• Maintain consistency across episodes
Additional Responsibilities
• Cut supporting YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels from main content
• Assist with selecting key ---------- nts for thumbnails
Requirements (Non-negotiable)
• You MUST live in Cebu
• You MUST be fluent in English
• You MUST have a 2023 or newer Mac capable of handling 4K footage
• You MUST have high-speed, reliable internet for large file transfers
• You MUST have access to large SSD storage
• You MUST not rely heavily on AI tools and be capable of producing high-quality edits independently
Ideal Candidate
• Strong sense of storytelling and timing
• Experience editing YouTube content that holds attention
• Able to take direction but also bring creative input
• Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with large files and structured workflows
This is a core creative role.
You won’t just be cutting clips, you’ll be shaping the final story.
