JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
I am looking for a talented, detail-oriented video editor based in the Philippines to join my team. I have a specific "vibe" and editing rhythm, and I need someone who can study my existing content and replicate that style consistently.

You must be able to create and showcase work similar to this style; ----------

The Role:

Rate: $100 USD per episode (Paid via Paypal)
Raw Footage: Usually 30 minutes maximum of raw footage to be edited down to a 10-20 minute final video.
Software: Must have Capcut, ---------- .

Requirements:

Style Match: You must be able to match my current pacing, B-roll usage, and sound design.
Communication: Reliable internet and ability to hit deadlines is a must.
Creativity: I don’t want to micromanage. I need someone who understands when to zoom in for emphasis and where to add subtle sound effects to keep the viewer engaged.
