We're looking for someone who lives on YouTube — not just watching it, but reading it. You can spot an outlier before it peaks, understand why a video is exploding, and reverse-engineer what keeps people watching. This is equal parts trend analyst and script writer.
The good news? You won't be starting from scratch. You'll be provided with ready-to-use AI tools, prompts, and SOPs that generate the scripts for you — your job is to guide and refine them, not write everything from scratch. The real skill we're hiring for is your ability to spot outliers, read trends, and understand what makes viewers stay. If you have that, this role is straightforward. This position also has the potential to grow into larger opportunities for the right candidate.
Big Plus: If you have experience creating and building AI SOP prompts for script writing, we want to know. We are looking for someone who can develop the actual SOP prompts we use for script generation — both for our current channels and any future ones we launch.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Trend & Outlier Research — Actively monitor YouTube to identify videos gaining unusual traction. You recognize why something is going viral, not just that it is.
-Title Ideation — Develop high-performing title concepts based on what's currently working.
-Script Writing — Write psychologically structured scripts using our SOPs as a foundation, always improve the scripts.
-Hook Creation — Craft opening hooks that pull viewers in within the first 5–15 seconds. You understand the viewer.
-Retention Optimization — Every script is built with retention in mind. You understand pacing, pattern interrupts, open loops, and curiosity gaps.
What We're Looking For:
-Deep understanding of YouTube and viewer psychology
-Proven ability to spot trends and outliers and extract why they're working
-Strong script writing skills with a focus on hooks, flow, and retention
-Comfortable working within SOP-based workflows while bringing improvements
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
How to Apply:
-Brief intro + relevant experience or examples of work
-All applicants will be given a short sample task — identify a current YouTube outlier and break down why it's performing
-Start your subject line or message with: VIRAL – [Your Name] -- (Applications without this will not be reviewed.)
Hiring immediately — serious applicants only.
