JOB OVERVIEW

Your Role
You will be the creative and operational engine behind a growing YouTube channel. This
is a faceless channel — you will produce videos from start to finish using AI tools,
stock footage, and voiceover software. The channel owner provides topic direction, initial script and final
approval — you handle voiceover, video production, optimization, scheduling, and
distribution.

What You'll Do
Research & Planning
Use VidIQ to research trending topics in the Africa/history/development niche weekly
Validate keyword opportunities and compile a weekly content ideas report
Track competitor channels and note high-performing video topics

Script Writing
Write engaging, well-researched scripts based on approved topics (800–1,500 words per
main video)
Scripts must be educational, accurate, and match the Africa Builds brand voice —
empowering, respectful, and insightful
Submit scripts for Alyn's approval before production begins
Video Production (Faceless — Cinematic 3D AI Style)
Generate professional AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs — narration must sound cinematic
and authoritative
Generate 3D and cinematic AI video clips using Kling AI or Runway ML based on each
scene in the script
Source supplemental real Africa stock footage from Pexels and Pixabay to complement AI
visuals
Assemble all elements — voiceover, AI clips, stock footage, captions, background music,
transitions, intro/outro — using CapCut
Create cinematic thumbnails using Leonardo AI for the image and Canva for text and
finishing.
Create YouTube Shorts by cutting the strongest 60-second clip from each main video
Ensure all content is properly branded (logo watermark, intro, outro, brand colors and
fonts)

Video Optimization
Use VidIQ to generate and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags before every upload
Write YouTube descriptions following our template (hook, summary, timestamps, links,
hashtags)
Set up end screens, cards, and chapters in YouTube Studio
