About Me

I run a personal brand focused on business, marketing and client acquisition.

We're building one of the most trusted personal brands in our industry, and YouTube is at the centre of that.

I'm looking for a full-time editor who understands that great editing isn't about flashy effects—it's about storytelling, pacing and keeping people watching.

If you genuinely enjoy creating high-retention YouTube content and want to be part of building something long-term, I'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

Edit 12 long-form YouTube videos per month
Professionally colour grade every video
Use B-roll, music and graphics to improve storytelling and retention
Maintain a clean, minimal editing style
Improve pacing and flow throughout each video
Work closely with me to continuously improve the quality of the channel
Deliver projects on time with great attention to detail

What I'm Looking For

Someone who:

Has strong YouTube editing experience
Understands storytelling and audience retention
Has excellent colour grading skills
Has a great eye for detail
Takes ownership of their work
Is reliable, proactive and easy to work with
Wants a long-term opportunity rather than freelance projects
Compensation

Compensation

$5,000 USD per month consisting of a base salary plus performance-based commission.

This is a long-term role with plenty of opportunity to grow as the business grows.
Trial Edit

To be considered for this role, you'll need to complete a trial edit.

We've provided:

Raw footage
Branding kit
B-roll assets
A reference video showing the editing style we're aiming for

Your edit should demonstrate:

Professional colour grading
Strong pacing
Clean, minimal editing
Effective use of B-roll
High attention to detail

This is a paid trial.

Editors who carefully follow the brief, meet the quality standard we're looking for and successfully deliver the edit will receive $50 USD for their submission. The purpose of the trial is to identify editors who can consistently produce the level of work we're looking for.
