JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced YouTube Content & Channel Manager to help grow our faceless YouTube channels. If you know how to identify viral content opportunities, develop engaging video concepts, and manage the entire content production process, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Generate original, high-CTR video ideas.
* Turn complex topics into engaging, high-retention stories.
* Research and identify “outlier” video ideas with strong viral potential.
* Develop content strategies for YouTube channels.
* Manage the entire content production process from idea to publication.
* Coordinate scriptwriters, video editors, thumbnail designers, and other tea ---------- mbers.
* Analyze YouTube performance metrics and continuously improve content based on data.
* Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels is required.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating successful YouTube projects is required.
* Fluent English (Advanced or higher).
* Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, CTR, audience retention, and content strategy.
* Ability to identify winning content concepts and analyze competitors.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
* Previous experience managing a content team is a strong plus.
