Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, creative and strategic YouTube Channel Virtual Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content strategy, scheduling, analytics, and overall channel growth without the traditional use of personal identity or influencer-based content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategies that align with the channel’s objectives and audience interests.
Oversee the production process, including topic selection, scriptwriting, voice-over and working closely with video editors.
Schedule and publish videos consistently while maintaining a content calendar to manage and plan for seasonal or event-based programming.
Analyze performance data to understand viewership trends, using insights to optimize future content and increase viewer retention rates.
Engage with the community through comments and other social media platforms, maintaining the faceless persona of the channel.
Stay updated with YouTube’s best practices, algorithm changes, and content guidelines to ensure channel compliance and maximize visibility.
Collaborate with other content creators and brands for partnership or sponsorship opportunities that fit the channel's ethos and privacy criteria.
Manage and grow the channel's presence across various social media platforms without revealing personal identity.
Monitor and manage the channel’s financial aspects, including budget allocation for production and advertisements, as well as analyzing revenue streams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing YouTube channels, preferably faceless or content-focused channels.
Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in content management systems and video publishing.
Excellent grasp of social media marketing and engagement strategies.
Familiarity with the production process, including scripting, editing, and post-production workflows.
Ability to work independently and creatively while maintaining the anonymity of the content.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
