JOB OVERVIEW

We run a growing portfolio of faceless YouTube documentary channels. The videos are produced by our production team — we need a sharp Channel Manager to run the channels themselves.

You will manage 5 channels end-to-end:

? Research winning video topics using our proven method (full training + research tool provided)
? Brief our production team on each video (topic, title, angle) and track videos through production
? Quality-check finished videos before publishing
? Upload and schedule: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails (assets provided)
? Track performance across all 5 channels in a simple tracker, daily check-in

? NO video editing or creation (our production team makes the videos)
? NO camera / voice work
? NO cold calling or sales

This is an organizer role: you're the one who keeps 5 channels fed with great topics, keeps production moving, and gets videos published on schedule. If you love checklists, pipelines, and seeing numbers go up, this is your job.

PAY: $125 USD per week — paid EVERY WEEK, never wait for month-end. Performance bonuses when your channels overperform. Paid one-week trial at full rate before permanent hire.

GROWTH: Strong Channel Managers take on more channels and move toward Team Lead as we scale to 20+ staff this year, with higher pay.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written English — titles and briefs are a writing job, and you will be tested
Highly organized: you'll juggle 5 channels' schedules without dropping anything
Reliable full-time availability, self-managed, hits daily deadlines
Basic familiarity with YouTube (we train everything else)
Stable internet + own computer

HOW TO APPLY — read carefully, this is the test:

Start your application with the word SIGNAL so I know you read this
Write 2–3 sentences on why this role fits you
Complete this task: find ONE faceless documentary-style YouTube video from the last 6 months (business, finance, history, or true-story niche) that got unusually high views compared to the channel's subscriber count. Paste the link, state the exact view count and subscriber count, and explain in 3–4 sentences WHY it went viral.

Applications missing the word SIGNAL or the exact numbers will be deleted without reading. The task takes 15 minutes and is exactly the work you'll do daily.
