JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced manager to oversee AI and semi-AI faceless YouTube channels in the sleep and documentary niches.

Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple faceless YouTube channels
- Leading and coordinating teams of editors and thumbnail designers
- Running and improving production automations
- Hiring and onboarding new tea ---------- mbers
- Editing videos when necessary

Must-Haves:
- Proven experience managing YouTube channels and creative teams
- Strong understanding of what makes effective thumbnails and titles
- Ability to give clear, constructive feedback
- Familiarity with current AI tools for content production

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience building automations in N8N, Claude Code, or similar platforms
- Background in scaling channel operations

Compensation:
-Base pay + commission --> 500$-1200$+ per month
