**[IMPORTANT: READ THE WHOLE POST. Short on time? There is a fast track at the bottom.]**
I run a YouTube operation covering AI tools and automation. I am opening a new faceless channel and I need one person to own it, from the script to the published video.
I am John. You work with me directly, not through an agency.
**How it works, day to day**
1. I pick the topic and the type of video, and I send you 3 title options.
2. You do the market research and write the script. You get an AI account for this, and there is a library of example videos you can learn from and take heavy inspiration from. You are not inventing a format. You are executing one that already works.
3. I approve the script. Usually a few notes, sometimes none.
4. You build the video. Voiceover first, then screen recordings of the actual tools, then the edit. You upload it as private.
5. You show it to me. I say go, or I say what to change. Then it goes live.
That is the loop. One full-length video a day, 8 to 12 minutes.
**The work**
* **The channel uploads 7 days a week.** Your working schedule is yours. If you do not want to work Sundays, batch ahead and schedule it. I care that something goes up every day, not that you are at your desk every day.
* **Script.** From my 3 titles and your research. Plain English, written to be read aloud.
* **Voiceover.** I give you the account and the voice is already chosen. You generate the read, fix pacing, and regenerate lines that land wrong. You need an ear for when AI narration sounds off, because most people do not have one.
* **Screen recordings.** This is the core of the visual layer. If the script walks through building an agent in n8n or Make or a Grok automation, you record that build and cut it to match the narration. You will be inside these tools every day.
* **Edit.** Cut to the script, then build the visuals on top. On-screen text, zooms, callouts. Pacing that holds someone past minute three.
* **Upload.** You get YouTube editor access. You upload as private, write the description, set tags, add chapters, set the end screen. I flip it live.
* **Shorts, optional seat.** One full-length video and one short a day, the short cut from that day's video. This seat pays more.
* **Thumbnails, optional, a plus.** YouTube lets you test up to 3 per video. I can generate these myself for now, so you do not have to. If you can make 1 to 3 strong options per video, say so. It counts.
**What you need**
* **Real finished work.** Links to published videos, not a showreel montage. I want the thing a viewer actually sat through.
* **You actually use AI tools.** ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar. You do not need to be an engineer. You do need to be able to write "now connect the webhook" and then record a screen that shows it happening.
* **You source your own visuals.** I will not send you a B-roll folder. If the script describes a tool, you go open that tool and record it.
* **Strong written English.** You are writing the script, the titles and the descriptions. This is a real part of the job.
* **Your own machine and stable internet.** Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, or CapCut Desktop. I care about the output, not the logo.
* **Reliable on a schedule** without me chasing you.
**Pay**
* **PHP 50,000 to PHP 93,000 per month.** The range is wide on purpose, because it depends on what you take on. One full-length video a day sits in the lower half. Add the daily short and it moves up. Run two channels and I pay you for two. Get more content out, or take over more of the process, and it keeps moving. For videos alone the top of the range is realistic. For someone who runs everything on a channel I am open to going past it.
* **Paid test task first, PHP 2,000**, paid whether or not I hire you, as long as you deliver. It is a 4 minute cut, not a full video.
* **Trial week** after that. Five real videos, paid per video on delivery.
* **Paid weekly for the first month, then twice a month**, by Wise, PayPal or Binance. Always after the work, never in advance. A short written agreement before we start.
* **I pay for the tools.** ElevenLabs seat, AI account, stock footage, thumbnail credits. You are not buying subscriptions out of your salary.
* **Extras.** Running the comments, thumbnails, covering another channel while someone is off. More work, more money. We agree it when it comes up.
* **If you can do both crypto and AI tools content, say so in your first line after the keyword.** I have a seat that covers both and it pays more than this one.
**How to apply**
**Start your message with the word AGENT.** If it does not start with that word I stop there.
Then there are two ways in. Either is fine.
**Fast track.** Three links to published videos you edited end to end, which seat you want (video, or video plus short), and your monthly rate. That is it. If the work is good, we talk.
**Full application.** The fast track plus the five below, and you go to the front of the queue:
1. Say which parts of those three videos were yours and which the client handed you.
2. Which AI or automation tools have you used yourself, and what did you build with them?
3. Have you generated AI voiceover before? If yes, what do you do when a line reads wrong? If no, say no.
4. Have you published to a YouTube channel that was not your own? Which parts did you handle?
5. The channel uploads 7 days a week. How would you schedule your own week to hit that? If you cannot hold 7, say what you can hold. An honest 5 beats a fictional 7.
Answer honestly. I would rather hire someone who says "I have never touched ElevenLabs" and shows me excellent editing than someone who claims everything.
