YouTube Automation Video Editor – Vidrush Workflow

My name is Rick, and we are scaling a network of YouTube channels focused on historical, cultural, food, and educational storytelling.

We are looking for a reliable YouTube automation editor to create and release one long-form video per day using **Vidrush**.

Vidrush handles the majority of the production process, including assembling the voiceover, visuals, music, transitions, and basic video structure. Once familiar with the workflow, each video usually takes approximately **one hour from start to finish**.

This is not a traditional edit-from-scratch position. Your focus will be using Vidrush efficiently, improving the most important sections, correcting obvious visual mistakes, and preparing the video for release.

## Your Responsibilities

• Use Vidrush to create the video using the supplied script, voiceover, and channel instructions.

• Improve the **first two minutes** with stronger visuals, pacing, sound design, transitions, and pattern interruptions.

• Make sure the opening matches the promise of the title and keeps viewers watching.

• Replace clearly incorrect, unrelated, repetitive, low-quality, or poorly matched clips.

• Check that locations, historical periods, people, cultures, food, and events are represented accurately.

• Complete a final quality check for visual errors, repeated footage, black screens, audio problems, awkward transitions, and export issues.

• Export and release one completed video per day.

You are not expected to rebuild or manually clean up every section of the video. The goal is to focus on the improvements that will have the biggest impact on retention and overall quality.

## Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday
• Output: One video per day
• Video length: Usually 20–40 minutes
• Average workflow time: Approximately one hour per video once trained
• Pay: **$200 USD per month** paid bi weekly or monthly
• Performance bonuses for exceptional results
• Long-term opportunity with room for increased pay and responsibilities

## Requirements

• Experience editing YouTube automation, faceless, documentary, educational, historical, cultural, or food content.

• Strong understanding of YouTube hooks, pacing, retention, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to improve the first two minutes of a long-form video.

• Ability to identify and replace inaccurate or unrelated footage.

• Comfortable using AI production tools and learning new workflows quickly.

• Reliable, organised, responsive, and able to work independently.

• Available Monday to Saturday and able to release one video per day.

Vidrush Research Required

Please research **Vidrush** before applying.

You do not need previous Vidrush experience, but you must understand the basic workflow and be confident that you can learn the platform quickly.
