We’re looking for a top-tier YouTube thumbnail designer who understands one thing:

???? If it doesn’t get clicks, it doesn’t matter.

This is a performance role, not a “make it look nice” role.

If you don’t understand CTR, scroll speed, and why people click… this isn’t for you.

???? What You’ll Do
Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails
Turn titles + ideas into simple, bold, curiosity-driven visuals
Create multiple variations for testing
Improve thumbnails based on performance data
???? What You MUST Have
A strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails (not general design work)
Clear understanding of what makes people click
Advanced Photoshop skills (cutouts, lighting, contrast, composition)
Ability to make thumbnails that are instantly readable on mobile

You mainly design logos, posters, or social media graphics
You focus on making things “look nice” instead of getting clicks
You don’t understand YouTube or watch it regularly

You study creators like MrBeast, Alex Hormozi, or Ali Abdaal

You’ve made thumbnails that actually performed
