Job Description:
We are a UK-based property maintenance company looking for a reliable and detail-focused Xero Bookkeeping Assistant to manage daily financial admin tasks.
This role is focused on bank reconciliation, invoice matching, and keeping Xero accurate and up to date daily.
You will be working within a structured system with clear processes.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM UK time
(5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Philippines time)
Key Responsibilities:
Daily bank reconciliation (NatWest & Revolut)
Matching payments to invoices (including bulk payments)
Uploading receipts and supplier bills
Chasing missing receipts from staff
Keeping Xero fully up to date each day
Preparing weekly finance reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Xero experience (essential)
Strong experience in bank reconciliation
High attention to detail
Good written English
Able to follow structured processes
