JOB OVERVIEW

We are a multi-location franchise of a major US disaster restoration brand, with ~100 employees across mitigation (water, fire, mold) and reconstruction divisions. We are building a long-term remote estimating team in the Philippines and are hiring two full-time Senior Xactimate Estimators.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build Xactimate sketches from Matterport/DocuSketch scans, photos, and field measurements
Write mitigation estimates (water, fire, smoke, mold) from our Project Managers' scope notes and documentation
Write reconstruction estimates for interior rebuild
Prepare supplements and revisions; respond to adjuster and TPA questions on line items
Apply correct regional price lists and follow carrier/TPA guidelines
Own a territory or division and cross-review the other estimator's large-loss and supplement work
Keep job files audit-ready in our job management system

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years writing Xactimate estimates for US restoration contractors, public adjusters, or carriers
Strong understanding of water mitigation line items (Category/Class, drying equipment, demo, antimicrobial) — this is most of our volume
Experience with Matterport or DocuSketch sketching
Xactimate Level 2 or 3 certification strongly preferred
Familiarity with TPA programs (Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Sedgwick) is a plus
Excellent written English; you will communicate directly with our PMs and with adjusters
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, willing to work US Eastern hours (8am–5pm ET)

This is a senior role. Both estimators work independently from day one. We are not hiring entry-level for this position.

HOW WE HIRE
Shortlisted candidates will be sent a real closed job (Matterport + scope notes) and paid to write a sample estimate. Then a video interview. We move fast so expect a decision within two weeks.
