JOB OVERVIEW

US water damage and restoration contractor (water mitigation, mold, asbestos abatement and reconstruction) hiring a long-term, full-time team member to write our Xactimate estimates, grow our Google presence and help run the office with Claude AI.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm US Central Time (9:00 pm-6:00 am PHT; 10:00 pm-7:00 am PHT November-March). Night shift, with a night premium.

PAY: $850-1,100 USD per month to start, paid monthly, plus performance bonuses and raises as you grow. Paid 30-day trial.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (about 1/3 each):
1. Xactimate estimating - write 10-25 estimates and supplements per month for water, mold, asbestos, reconstruction and later fire/smoke claims from our photos, moisture logs and scope notes. Build sketches from Matterport/DocuSketch. Write supplements and adjuster emails.
2. Google and AI search marketing - manage our Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads and Google Ads; SEO and page updates on our WordPress site; social media posts; help us show up in ChatGPT/Claude search answers.
3. Claude AI and office operations - use Claude to draft scopes, reports and letters; build AI workflows; update jobs in Albi/DASH/PSA; invoicing in QuickBooks; job costing in Excel/Google Sheets.

MUST HAVE:
- 1+ year writing Xactimate estimates for US insurance claims
- Fluent in reading and writing English (required) - you will write estimates, supplements and emails to US adjusters and homeowners every day
- Able to work 8 am-5 pm US Central every weekday (night shift experience preferred)
- Own laptop/PC, fiber internet 25+ Mbps, backup internet (mobile hotspot on a different network) and a UPS/power station that lasts 2+ hours
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

NICE TO HAVE: IICRC knowledge, supplementing, fire/asbestos estimating, Matterport/DocuSketch, Albi/DASH/PSA, QuickBooks, WordPress, Google Ads/LSA/SEO results, daily use of Claude or ChatGPT.
