JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Philippines Only)
Schedule: Full-Time | U.S. Business Hours (Pacific or Central Time Preferred)
Compensation: $1,200 – $2,000/month (based on experience) + performance bonuses

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based company specializing in home services (roofing, solar, and restoration). We support sales teams and contractors by providing accurate estimates, strong backend operations, and high-performance systems.

We are looking for a high-quality estimator who understands insurance-based projects and can produce clean, accurate estimates quickly.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating detailed, insurance-compliant estimates using Xactimate. You will work closely with our internal team to scope projects, build estimates, and support revisions/supplements.

This is a high-impact role where accuracy and speed directly affect revenue.

Key Responsibilities
-Create detailed estimates using Xactimate
-Review photos, documents, and scopes to identify all necessary line items
-Build accurate scopes for roofing, exterior, and interior damage
-Submit revisions and supplements when needed
-Ensure estimates align with project requirements and sales expectations
-Maintain organized documentation and files
-Communicate with the internal team for updates and clarifications

Required Qualifications
-Experience using Xactimate (REQUIRED)
-Strong understanding of construction or restoration scope (preferred but not required)
-High attention to detail (critical)
-Strong English communication (written and verbal)
-Ability to work during U.S. business hours
-Reliable internet and workspace

Bonus Qualifications (Highly Preferred)
-Experience with PlanSwift and/or Bluebeam
-Background in construction, engineering, or quantity surveying
-Experience with insurance claims and supplements
-Roofing, solar, or restoration industry experience
