We are a U.S.-based facility maintenance and general contracting company looking for an experienced Work Order Coordinator to join our remote operations team.
This role is NOT entry-level. We need someone who can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
? Receiving, dispatching, and tracking work orders from start to close
? Coordinating with field technicians, vendors, and clients across multiple U.S. time zones
? Managing priorities, scheduling, and follow-ups in real time
? Keeping work order management systems up to date with accurate notes and status updates
? Communicating clearly with clients on ETAs, updates, and completions
What We’re Looking For
? Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or a related field (HVAC, janitorial, electrical, plumbing dispatch — all count)
? Hands-on experience with work order management systems (ServiceMax, FieldEdge, Corrigo, FSM, or similar)
? Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
? Comfortable working U.S. business hours
? Background with companies like CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar is a strong plus
