Lost & Found Marketing is a performance-focused Google Ads agency managing a portfolio of home services brands. We move fast, build lean, and care deeply about results — both in strategy and execution. With campaigns launching constantly and clients scaling rapidly, we need someone who can build beautiful, high-converting websites and landing pages at scale while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
The Role
As our Senior WordPress Developer, you'll own the design and development of both campaign landing pages and full client websites. You're not just building one-off pages — you're creating scalable systems, reusable frameworks, and streamlined workflows that allow us to rapidly deploy and customize sites for our growing client portfolio.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-intensity production environments, loves building systematic solutions, and can move from Figma mockup to live website without missing a beat.
Responsibilities
Landing Page Development:

Build high-converting landing pages for PPC campaigns in tight turnaround windows
Collaborate with our Paid Search team to align page messaging, CTAs, and conversion elements with ad copy
Implement A/B testing variants and optimize for conversion performance
Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times for paid traffic

Full Website Development:

Design and develop complete WordPress sites for home services clients from scratch
Create custom Elementor templates and design systems
Build scalable frameworks that enable rapid site replication and customization
Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across client portfolio

Systems & Frameworks:

Develop reusable component libraries and template systems
Create documentation and processes for efficient site deployment
Optimize workflows to increase development speed without sacrificing quality
Implement version control and systematic update processes

Design & Strategy:

Design in Figma with an understanding of conversion optimization and user experience
Make design decisions that balance aesthetics with performance and lead generation goals
Stay current on design trends while maintaining focus on results

What You Bring

4-5+ years of professional WordPress development experience
Expert-level proficiency with Elementor (custom widgets, templates, dynamic content)
Strong Figma skills with ability to design complete sites and UI systems
Proven track record building sites at scale with systematic approaches
Deep understanding of conversion-focused design for lead generation
Experience with page speed optimization, SEO fundamentals, and mobile-first development
Comfortable with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for custom functionality
Understanding of PPC landing page best practices and A/B testing
C2 (mastery) level English proficiency for client communication and team collaboration
Self-managed, organized, and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicating with a distributed remote team

Bonus:

Experience with home services industry
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, etc.)
Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking implementation
