If you can create a brand kit that is ready for review, take the changes needed and make the logo and fonts perfect, then build a website in WordPress with the changes - then take videos for the site, turn them into short, branded reels - and present both the brand kit and the website to the client in a professional manner - this is for you.

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, understands the importance of clean formatting and user experience, and enjoys collaborating with others to create exceptional websites.

The ideal candidate blends creativity with technical skill, stays current with modern tools, and knows how to use AI-assisted workflows to enhance efficiency—while ensuring every site feels original, human-centered, and on-brand.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented WordPress website designer to help us execute polished, on-brand websites for our clients using pre-built templates. This role is design and implementation focused, not strategy or development-heavy. You will be responsible for taking client branding inputs, refining visual assets in Canva, and implementing everything cleanly and accurately into WordPress using Elementor.

We are perfectionists when it comes to layout, spacing, typography, and brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys refining details, following systems, and producing visually clean, professional websites that meet high quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include customizing existing WordPress website templates using Elementor, creating and refining branding assets in Canva such as logos, headers, icons, and graphics, and applying client branding consistently across each website. You will use ChatGPT to help format and refine website copy based on provided guidance, ensure proper formatting, spacing, alignment, and mobile responsiveness, and build full websites according to client orders and specifications. You may also assist with website builds inside GoHighLevel, and training will be provided for that platform if needed. Following internal SOPs and incorporating feedback accurately will be a critical part of this role.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with WordPress and Elementor, an excellent design eye with exceptional attention to detail, and confidence using Canva for branding and website design. You should be comfortable following templates precisely while customizing for individual brands, have strong English reading and writing comprehension, and be open to feedback and revisions. Comfort using ChatGPT as part of your workflow is required.

This is not a virtual assistant role, not a developer or custom coding position, and not quick or sloppy website work. We are seeking someone who values visual polish, consistency, and precision in their work. We provide clear templates, systems, and expectations, along with detailed instructions and feedback, and we are looking to build an ongoing relationship with the right designer.

This is an ongoing, long-term freelance role, paid either hourly or per project depending on fit and experience.
