JOB OVERVIEW

We're an Australian web design agency looking for a reliable WordPress/Elementor designer to join our team on an ongoing basis.

We have existing website templates already built and you'll be responsible for bringing each site to life visually. This isn't a copy and paste job and you'll need to make design decisions to ensure each site looks clean, professional and polished. You'll always have an existing template as a reference so you're never starting from scratch.

Client images, logos and brand colours will be provided. All copywriting is handled by us so you only need to focus on the visual side.

What you'll be doing:

* Working from existing WordPress/Elementor templates
* Applying client visuals and making design decisions to bring each site to life
* Adjusting layouts, colour schemes and visual elements to match client branding
* Ensuring the finished product looks professional and consistent
* Delivering completed sites within 24-48 hours - this is a simple task and fast turnaround is a MUST

What we're looking for:

* Solid WordPress and Elementor experience - non negotiable
* A genuine eye for design - the finished product needs to look great every time
* Fast and reliable - we expect every project delivered within 24-48 hours without chasing
* Good communication - if something isn't clear ask rather than guess
* Able to work independently and make design decisions confidently

This is an ongoing role and we expect volume to grow significantly over the coming months. The right person will have consistent work long term and the chance to grow into a supervisor role down the line.
