JOB OVERVIEW

Kayser Solutions is looking for a reliable WordPress Website Assistant for ongoing project-based work.

The current work involves improving, translating and SEO-optimizing existing WordPress websites.

This position currently pays $50 USD per month, 8-10 hours per month.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Edit WordPress websites without breaking the existing design
* Work with Elementor, Divi Builder and similar plugins
* Translate and duplicate pages efficiently using WPML
* Keep layouts, links and formatting consistent across languages
* Improve page layouts and mobile responsiveness
* Apply provided SEO titles, headings and content
* Optimize meta titles, descriptions, images, alt text and internal links
* Help with website speed and basic technical SEO
* Test all pages, languages and links before submitting the work
* Document completed changes
* Follow instructions and project checklists carefully

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong WordPress experience
* Experience with Elementor and Divi Builder
* Experience using WPML and managing multilingual websites
* Website copywriting
* Ability to translate pages efficiently while preserving their design
* Comfortable working with common WordPress themes and plugins
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow written instructions accurately
* Good English and reliable communication
* Ability to meet agreed deadlines
* Willingness to ask questions instead of making assumptions

Good on-page and technical SEO knowledge is preferred. Experience with Yoast SEO, Rank Math, website migrations, backups, HTML or CSS is an advantage.
