JOB OVERVIEW

**Overview**
We are a US based real estate marketing company looking for a skilled WordPress & Webflow CMS Developer to manage, improve, and scale our websites. This role includes ongoing site management, performance optimization, and migrating an existing Webflow site into WordPress with dynamic (CMS-driven) pages.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Migrate an existing Webflow website to WordPress, including CMS collections (dynamic pages such as listings, properties, blog posts, etc.)
* Rebuild dynamic functionality using WordPress (Custom Post Types, fields, and templates)
* Maintain and update multiple websites (design tweaks, content updates, landing pages)
* Improve site speed, SEO structure, and mobile responsiveness
* Implement new features (user accounts, gated content, lead capture forms, etc.)
* Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and site issues
* Collaborate on ongoing marketing initiatives and landing page builds

**Technical Requirements**

* Strong experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, and backend customization)
* Experience with Webflow CMS and site structure
* Familiarity with Custom Post Types, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and dynamic templates
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
* Experience with page builders (Elementor, Bricks, or similar preferred)
* Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices

**Nice to Have**

* Experience building real estate or listing-style websites
* Familiarity with CRM integrations or lead capture tools
* Experience creating scalable systems for content-heavy sites

**Work Structure**

* Ongoing part-time role (monthly work + project-based tasks)
* Flexible hours, but must be responsive and meet deadlines

**Compensation**

* Hourly rate based on experience
* Consistent monthly workload with additional paid projects
