JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We're a Denver-based creative and digital agency looking for an experienced WordPress producer to help migrate design elements across an existing website built in WPBakery Visual Composer.

The work

- Replace outdated design elements with new patterns we've already designed and coded
- Identify the recurring design patterns used across the old pages
- Map existing content and images into the corresponding new patterns
- Approximately ---------- pages total
- Estimated at 90-115 hours

Timeline

Start: mid-August
Completion: end of September
This is a defined project, not an ongoing role

What we're looking for

- Solid, hands-on experience with WPBakery Visual Composer specifically (not just WordPress in general)
- Comfortable working from a defined pattern library and applying it consistently across many pages
- Detail-oriented: this work is repetitive by design, and consistency matters
- Able to work independently once patterns are established, flagging edge cases rather than guessing
- Available for meaningful hours per week during the project window (20-40 hrs/week)

Schedule

Async work, some overlap with US Mountain Time required

Communication

Slack for daily updates and questions. We'll share a Google Sheet page tracker at project start, listing every page, priority, status, and QA notes. You'll have direct edit access to update page status and notes as you complete work, so progress stays visible on both sides throughout the project.
